Brightwood Golf & Country Club, 227 School Street, Dartmouth, NS, Canada
In today’s rapidly evolving workplace, is it time to completely reimagine the way we think about employees? Join us for thought-provoking evening featuring a panel discussion from top leaders in HR, who will challenge traditional models and explore bold new ideas for building happier, more engaged teams.
Our panel of experts will share their perspectives and tackle questions such as:
What happens when we stop viewing employees as “assets” or “resources” and start recognizing them as co-creators and value drivers?
How can shifting from control, to trust and autonomy, transform culture without sacrificing accountability?
What would it look like to replace salaries with profit-sharing, and what would be the impact on payroll taxes, unions, and employee loyalty?
Together, we’ll explore whether genuine employee happiness is achievable in today’s business climate, and if so, how do we make this a reality.
Following the discussion, you'll have the opportunity to chat with panelist Marc Zirka, author of the recently published "Path To Employee Happiness - From Vision to Reality", who will have copies of his book on site and ready to sign. It's the perfect chance to take home deeper insights into the ideas explored during the panel. You can view Marc's book here on Amazon - https://www.amazon.ca/dp/1069513008
Bring your questions, your curiosity, and your openness to big ideas - because the future of work may look very different from today.
