This is the final session in our HR Essentials Webinar series we will deal with your workplace culture and how it can align with - or against - your company's most important investment  - your staff. Workplace culture is not always about the money. Much discussion on this issue centers on the value of a positive, inclusive and dynamic workplace culture;  but where do you start? Christine will explore some of the key ingredients positive workplaces have, why they are effective and how to nurture, grow and maintain a great culture with your teams.
