76% of Canadian business owners plan to exit their business within the next 10 years. And, in a 2019 US survey, it was revealed that of the businesses that sold, only 25% of business owners remained satisfied with little regrets within a year of selling.
Business owners are asking:
"There must be a better way for preparing my business for sale...and for preparing me AFTER the sale"!
Fortunately, there is!
If you are considering a sale over the next 5-10 years, you are going to want to register for this event. Learn the latest trends in the Eastern Canadian business M&A landscape, and hear from two of FBA's Advisors, Lloyd Compton from MRSB Group and Jeff MacKenzie from Confederation M&A who will talk to you about the key factors that will build value for a small business, its owners, and their families.
