Marc Zirka, Strategy Up
Marc is an experienced strategist and entrepreneur, specializing in technology and ICT. He founded Strategy Up, a 100% Canadian consulting firm in Halifax in 2014, where he helps SMEs and startups succeed. With expertise in Corporate Strategy, Marketing, Sales, Corporate Finance, and Strategic Investment, Marc brings 25 years of international experience working with companies like France Telecom, KPMG, Digicel, and more. At Strategy Up, Marc provides consulting in Strategic Planning, Change Management, and ICT, as well as offering training in Leadership, Digital Marketing, and Blockchain. He also develops digital solutions to improve SME operations through technology. Marc holds an MBA from ESA Beirut and ESCP Paris, a Bachelor’s in Marketing from the Lebanese American University, and continues his education at Harvard Business School and HEC. He volunteers on the board of the Chartered Institute of Marketing Management, and mentors entrepreneurs with Futurepreneur Canada and ISANS. He is also a lead trainer for Strategy Up Academy. Marc is the author of "Path to Employee Happiness - From Vision to Reality" a thought-provoking guide that challenges conventional HR practices and reimagines the workplace as a space where employees are valued as contributors, not just resources.
